Brine-Based Bloody Mary Mix

Classic Brine-Based Bloody Mary

Ingredients:
4oz Blue Ridge Pickling Brine-Based Bloody Mary Mix
2oz Vodka (or your preferred spirit)
Ice
Garnishes: Celery Stalk, Lemon Wedge, BRP Garlic Dill Beans, BRP Habanero Pickle, BRP Dill PickleFill a tall glass with ice to chill while you prepare your drink

  • In a mixing glass or shaker, add the BRP Brine-Based Bloody Mary Mix and liquor of choice.

  • If using a shaker, add ice and shake well for 15-20 sec. If stirring, simply combine the ingredient with ice in the mixing glass.

  • Empty the ice from your chilled glass. Strain the Bloody Mary mixture into the glass filled with fresh ice.

  • Get creative! Start with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, & BRP Garlic Dill Bean. Then add a BRP Habanero or Dill Pickle for an extra layer of flavor and crunch.

Quick + Easy Michelada

Ingredients:
4 oz Blue Ridge Pickling Brine-Based Bloody Mary Mix
12 oz Cold Mexican Lager (Modelo, Corona, Pacifico, etc.)
Ice
Lime wedge
Tajin or Salt + Chili Powder for rim

  • Run lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass (like a pint or highball glass) to moisten it. Dip the rim into a plate of Tajín or salt/chili mixture to coat it evenly.

  • Fill the prepared glass approximately halfway with ice cubes.

  • Add the BRP Brine-Based Bloody Mary Mix.

  • Slowly pour in the cold Mexican beer. Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients.

  • Garnish with a lime wedge or a celery stalk if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Candied Jalapeños

Appetizer Dip

Ingredients:
4oz Cream Cheese, softened
2oz Blue Ridge Pickling Candied Jalapeños
Crackers of choice

  • Optional: Whip softened cream cheese to desired consistency.

  • Spread cream cheese onto a small plate or serving bowl.

  • Top with BRP Candied Jalapeños.

  • Pair with crackers of your choice!

Cheddar Jalapeño Focaccia

Ingredients:
Pre-made Pizza Dough
2oz Blue Ridge Pickling Candied Jalapeños
4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Olive Oil

  • Coat a bowl with olive oil and add pizza dough. Place in a warm spot until it grows to twice its size.

  • Preheat oven to 450*F.

  • Fold in shredded cheese and BRP Candied Jalapeños (add oil to your hands to help keep the dough from sticking).

  • Spread dough onto greased cookie sheet, using your fingertips to dimple the dough and push it out to the sides.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bread is lightly browned.
